Ladies Night Out Yoga: 1st Wednesday of every month, 7:30 - 8:30 p.m.
Kids Yoga (sessions ongoing), 5-8 years old: Wednesdays, 4:15 - 5:00 p.m.
Kids Yoga (sessions ongoing), 9-12 years old: Wednesdays, 5:15 - 6:00 p.m.

Chair massages available before and after.
